7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, off-roading, or engaging in hazardous driving. Transporting dangerous materials or sub-letting the vehicle is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Users must adhere to passenger and weight limits, and driving outside designated geographical areas requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law in England and Wales, Car Hire in North Shields is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, related to your use of our services. Our liability for any claims will not exceed the rental fees paid in the previous 12 months.
